Are you the type that loves to go on adventures? A Subaru might be the perfect vehicle for you, and this year’s models look great. One of the best things about Subaru is the combination of uniqueness and affordability. Nearly every Subaru model offers you something different.
2017 Subaru Outback 2.5i
Sometimes 74.7 cubic feet of space just isn’t enough, and you need a little more. The Subaru Outback 2.5i might be the SUV for you. It has a starting MSRP of $25,65 and gets 25 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway. Some of the standard features include all-wheel drive, a 6.2-inch multimedia display, four total speakers, and a rear-vision camera. In addition to standard AWD, it’s got great ground clearance. All trims have 143.6 cubic feet of interior room with the seats folded down so you could store hiking gear, camping supplies, or groceries.
2017 Subaru Legacy 2.5i
The Subaru Legacy is another sedan that comes with a standard all-wheel drive on both engines and every trim level, which helps keep you and your passengers safe no matter the weather. Even though the Legacy is larger than the Impreza, it still gets great gas mileage at 25 mpg in the city and 34 on the highway. It comes with features like a 6.2-inch touch-screen display, four total speakers, and Bluetooth connectivity. The Legacy 2.5i has a starting MSRP of $21,995.
2017 Subaru BRZ Premium
The BRZ is a great sports car, and this year saw a giant update. Subaru says that a series of engine upgrades gets more power out of the manual transmission, and a better suspension improves handling and ride quality.
The car is still not quite as nimble as some of its V8 competition, but with a MSRP of $25,495, it’s hard to find better bang for your buck, for sure. The BRZ Premium comes standard with 12-volt power outlets, 6.2-inch touch-screen display, auxiliary audio jack, and Bluetooth connectivity. Being a smaller coupe, it also gets great fuel economy with 21 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway.
2017 Subaru Impreza 2.0i
Subarus are incredibly durable, which makes the Impreza a great first car or fifth car. This one’s roomier than ever thanks to a lengthened wheelbase, and the all-wheel drive keeps you in control whether it’s sunny, rainy, or snowy. The Impreza also comes with a 6.5-inch multimedia display, rear-vision camera, rollover sensors, and a cargo-area with two grocery bag hooks and four tie-down hooks. This sedan gets 28 mpg in the city and 38 mpg on the highway. You can get the Subaru Impreza for a starting MSRP of $18,395.
2017 Subaru Forester 2.5i
Are you looking for a little more bit of space for camping, shopping, or other hobbies? The Subaru Forester could be the perfect SUV for your drive. The 2.5i has a starting MSRP of $22,595 and comes with great standard features like a symmetrical all-wheel drive, Subaru Starlink Multimedia, Bluetooth connections, USB ports, iPod control capabilities, 6.2-inch multimedia display, and four total speakers. It also gets high gas mileage for an SUV with 26 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway. The total amount of cargo with the seats up is 34.4 cubic feet, but if you lowering the rear seat brings the maximum volume to 74.7 cubic feet of space.
